Your Key Responsibilities:

Working across dry, cold room, and freezer environments, you will be responsible for:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking, packing, and sorting stock to meet daily delivery targets.

• Inventory Control: Maintaining precise stock levels through regular counting and digital logging.

• Physical Activity: Staying active on your feet for extended periods in various temperature-controlled zones.

• Safety First: Adhering to site safety protocols to ensure a smooth and hazard-free workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

We value reliability and a "can-do" attitude above all else:

• Experience: Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience is highly regarded (but not essential if you are a fast learner).

• Physical Fitness: Ability to work in cold/freezer environments and stand for the duration of your shift.

• Reliability: We need team players who are punctual and committed to ongoing casual shifts.

• LF licence is a plus.

• Communication: Basic literacy and numeracy skills for inventory logging and order accuracy.
